Ca’ Rugate Amarone della Valpolicella Punta 470 2019

Gemaakt volgens de traditionele bereiding van Amarone della Valpolicella. De druiven drogen 4-5 maanden in houten kisten in goed-geventileerde ruimtes. Wanneer dan wordt geperst is de most geconcentreerd, gekleurder en zoeter. De vergisting begint met natuurlijke gisten, in 500 liter eikenhouten vaten. Na de gisting rijpt de wijn 25-30 maanden in eikenhouten vaten.

That said, the sweet dried red berries are fresh and tasty throughout and the tannins are fairly firm, yet starting to sink into the texture nicely.
